It may have been titled "A Day of Dance" but for me it was two awesome, intense days of dance! What a great way to spend my Christmas break! Angela Tower Walker, 4th Runner Up to Miss America in 1985, a former professional ballerina and a current ballet teacher and choreographer came to my hometown! I loved her workshop, her private lessons, her choregraphy for my new routine and the fact that she stayed at our house! Thanks, Mrs. Walker!
My deepest sympathy to the families of the 20 childhood victims and six adults who were fatally shot in the senseless mass murder at Sandy Hook Elementary School yesterday. My heart is breaking for the families. I remember saying goodbye to Christi before the lid of her coffin was lowered. It still hurts. Fly, little children, fly! I'm so sorry!
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:14
Today eight children died of cancer. This should cause outrage. The president should interrupt television programs to address a grieving and sickened nation. Every day, eight families watch as a killer steals their child, forever scarring their families. Why does this gain little publicity?
